Phenom acquired the resource management platform EDGE to strengthen its workforce intelligence solutions for both internal and external professional services. The acquisition highlights Phenom’s interest in the needs of global capability centers.

The acquisition, Phenom’s sixth, adds advanced resource planning capabilities to Phenom’s Talent Experience Platform and, the company said, will help deliver solutions suited to different industries’ talent needs and help customers execute strategic workforce planning.
