Phenom Acquires Tydy to Broaden Capabilities

Phenom continues to step toward offering a range of solutions that go beyond its traditional talent acquisition focus. The latest move: The acquisition of Tydy, a New York City-based company that develops onboarding and preboarding solutions covering the entire employee lifecycle.

With the addition of onboarding capabilities, Phenom’s platform covers everything from job discovery to an employee’s departure from an organization. Phenom believes its complete package simplifies and streamlines the operational steps and documentation chores necessary to prepare for an employee’s first day. Typically, the effort requires use of several different systems. Phenom wants to streamline the entire process for all involved.
