HR Leaders Say AI Use is a Question of When, Not If

HR leaders, or about 98% of them, say increasingly complex challenges will push them to use AI this year. Eighty-five percent are already using it. And the idea of hazards associated with new technology isn’t getting in the way: Less than 10% are concerned with AI risk.
