Few HR Departments Get the Most from Their Technology

It may be that HR isn’t getting the value it should out of its technology solutions. Just a quarter of HR professionals, 24%, believe their company is getting the most value from its tech stack, reports Gartner. Only about a third, 35%, believe their current approach helps achieve business objectives. And two-thirds think HR’s effectiveness will decrease if they don’t improve their approach.
