Employees Use AI Whether You're Ready or Not

Despite the hesitation of their employers, more than half of workers use AI to help complete their daily tasks. Of those, 54% take advantage of the technology regardless of whether their companies have a usage policy – or even allow it.

In the HR department, 66% of professionals use AI to get their work done, according to a report from Betterworks.
