Culture Amp Broadens Reach With New People Analytics
The Wire: The new product uses a company’s workforce data to help employers strengthen their employee experience.
Culture Amp will launch a new AI-based analytics product on June 30, a follow-on to its March acquisition of Orgnostic. The product, called People Analytics, is integrated with Culture Amp’s platform and uses a company’s workforce data to help employers strengthen and maintain their employee experience.
Orgnostic’s products help companies analyze and act on people analytics through a simple-to-use UI. In March, Culture Amp said merging its platform with Orgnostic’s organizational data would surface intelligence from a wider range of information. CEO Didier Elzinga said the idea was to “make people analytics more accessible for HR teams, people analysts, and leaders across organizations.”
